What is stored

About a group: its Telegram group ID, its name, and its quiz settings such as interval, language and leaderboard time.
About a person: your Telegram user ID, your username or display name as Telegram provides it, and your quiz scores and leaderboard entries.
Operational metadata: timestamps and message IDs, kept temporarily for debugging and moderation.

No phone numbers, email addresses, contacts, or message content beyond quiz interactions are collected. Telegram never shares your phone number with a bot.

Why it is stored

To post quizzes to the right chat, on the schedule it asked for.
To mark answers, keep scores and build leaderboards.
To understand aggregate usage — how many groups and questions, not who answered what — so fixes and content improvements can be prioritised.
To moderate abuse and enforce the Terms.

Who it is shared with

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. Data is disclosed only where legally required, or where necessary to protect the safety of users. Infrastructure providers — hosting, database hosting and backups — process data on our behalf under their own contractual protections.

Tracking and analytics

This website includes no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and sets no cookies. The figures shown on the home page are counted from the bots' own records, not from anything about you as a visitor. If analytics are ever added, this policy will be updated first.

How long it is kept

Group and score records are kept for as long as the bot is in the group and the service is running, because that is what a leaderboard needs. Operational logs are purged on a rolling basis. Anything you delete yourself is removed immediately, as described below.

Your control over your data

/deletemydata — send this to a bot in a private chat and everything it holds about you is removed.
/resetscore — clears your scores while leaving you able to keep playing.
Removing the bot from a group stops all collection for that group.
For anything else — a copy of your data, or a question about it — email loukyasrikudipudi@gmail.com.

Each bot keeps its own separate records, so run the command on each bot you have used.

Security

Reasonable technical measures protect this data, including access-controlled hosting and encrypted connections. No internet service is completely secure, and no absolute guarantee can be given.

Age

These bots are built for competitive exam preparation and are intended for adult learners. They are not directed at children, and no part of the service is designed to appeal to or attract them.

The bots are reachable only through Telegram, so Telegram's own minimum age for holding an account applies before anyone can use them. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age. If you believe a child's data has been collected, contact us and it will be removed.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
