1. General

This website and all Telegram bots operated under the name Loukya Sri — @GSByLoukyaBot, @APPSCQuizBot, @TGPSCQuizBot, @EnglishByLoukyaBot, @AptitudeByLoukyaBot, @LoukyaSriBot — are provided for educational use.

2. Purpose of the service

These bots exist for educational and competitive exam practice. They carry no affiliation with, and no endorsement by, any government body, examination authority or recruitment agency. Misuse of the service, or representing it as official, is prohibited.

3. Using the bots on Telegram

  • A bot needs admin rights in a group to function properly — to post quizzes and to remove its own earlier messages.
  • Group admins are responsible for how the bot is used in their group and for the conduct of their members.
  • No spamming, offensive, or unlawful content is permitted in any chat where these bots operate.
  • Attempting to use the service for exam malpractice may result in suspension across all bots.
  • Bot logs may be recorded for moderation, leaderboard tracking, and debugging purposes.

4. Privacy and data

Only minimal operational data is stored: group name, group ID, user ID, username, and quiz scores. No sensitive personal information is collected. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process this data on our behalf under reasonable protections. User data is never sold or rented to third parties, and is disclosed only where legally required. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

5. Payments

The quiz bots described on this site are provided at no cost, and using them requires no payment.

Should any paid feature be offered in future, it will be described clearly at the point of purchase, payments will be handled by a third-party processor such as Razorpay rather than by us directly, and these Terms will be updated before it becomes available. We never receive or store your card or UPI details.

6. Intellectual property

The original content, question banks, branding and code belong to Loukya Sri. Reproduction, redistribution or modification without written permission is not permitted.

7. Disclaimer of liability

Some questions, explanations and facts are generated or assisted by AI. Accuracy is a priority and errors are corrected when reported, but AI-generated content may be incomplete, outdated, or occasionally inaccurate. The service is provided “as is”, and no responsibility is accepted for any loss arising from reliance on automated or AI-generated content. Always verify against official sources for anything that matters to your preparation.

8. Compliance and lawful use

You must comply with applicable law and with Telegram's own Terms of Service. Abuse of the service may result in a permanent ban across all bots.

9. Modification and termination

We may suspend, modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time, for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. Updates to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the bots after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
