1. General

This website and all Telegram bots operated under the name Loukya Quiz(@GSByLoukyaBot, @APPSCQuizBot, @TGPSCQuizBot, @EnglishByLoukyaBot, @AptitudeByLoukyaBot, @LoukyaSriBot) are provided for educational use.

2. Purpose of the service

These bots exist for educational and competitive exam practice. They carry no affiliation with, and no endorsement by, any government body, examination authority or recruitment agency. Misuse of the service, or representing it as official, is prohibited.

3. Using the bots on Telegram

  • A bot needs admin rights in a group to function properly: to post quizzes and to remove its own earlier messages.
  • Group admins are responsible for how the bot is used in their group and for the conduct of their members.
  • No spamming, offensive, or unlawful content is permitted in any chat where these bots operate.
  • Attempting to use the service for exam malpractice may result in suspension across all bots.
  • Bot logs may be recorded for moderation, leaderboard tracking, and debugging purposes.

4. Privacy and data

Only minimal operational data is stored: group name, group ID, user ID, username, and quiz scores. No sensitive personal information is collected. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process this data on our behalf under reasonable protections. User data is never sold or rented to third parties, and is disclosed only where legally required. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

5. Payments

Adding a bot to a group and using it is free. Quizzes, scores, leaderboards and every command cost nothing, and that does not change.

One optional extra exists: the Settings Pass. A group administrator may buy it from that group’s /settings menu or with /settingspass. It unlocks three settings for the group (Change Quiz Interval, Send Anonymous Quizzes and Set Leaderboard Time). It does not change group mock tests: every group can run 3 a day, with a 3-hour break after each. It is sold for 1 month or 1 year per group (prices on the Pricing page), as a single payment with no automatic renewal; buying again while it runs adds the new time on top. The group is reminded in the chat three days before it ends. When it ends, the group keeps whatever values its settings already hold, but cannot change the paid ones again (except back to their free defaults, which is always allowed), until it buys again. A Settings Pass bought before these plans began (September 2026) was sold without an end and keeps it: it never expires. A Settings Pass bought for a group in any of our bots works for that group in all our bots added to it. A group that never buys it continues to work exactly as before.

The Settings Pass, and the Mock Test Pass below, can each be paid in Telegram Stars, handled entirely by Telegram, or in rupees by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet on a payment page run by Razorpay, our payment processor. We never see your card number, UPI PIN or bank password. Prices are listed on the Pricing page.

Refunds (Settings Pass)

Whoever paid, or the group’s owner, can refund the pass themselves with /refundstars in that group, using the bot it was bought from, provided nothing it unlocks has been used in any of our bots since the purchase: no paid setting changed, and no more days (another purchase or a code) added on top of it while it was running; the newest purchase can still be refunded on its own.

Once one of them has been used, self-service refund is closed. Send /feedback to the bot in a private chat and the payment will be refunded on request; there is no time limit and no reason is required.

Refunded Stars are returned to the buyer’s Telegram Stars balance by Telegram, not by us, and we cannot convert them to money. A pass paid by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet is refunded to the account or card it was paid from, through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days. A payment for a group whose pass never expires is refunded without being asked, since there is nothing left to buy. A refund removes the pass: the group keeps whatever values its settings already hold, but cannot change the paid ones again without buying again.

A record of each payment (the Telegram or Razorpay payment reference, the group, the payer’s Telegram ID and the amount) is kept as a financial record, including after a refund and after /deletemydata. See the Privacy Policy.

Mock Test Pass

A second, separate optional extra: the Mock Test Pass. Any person may buy it from the /mocktest menu in a private chat with the bot. It unlocks 40, 60 and 100-question practice tests in all six of our bots, whichever one it was bought from, for the plan bought (7, 30 or 90 days from purchase), and for that time lets them see and retry their mistakes after each test, save any test as a PDF, and take as many tests as they like. On the General Studies, Quant & Reasoning, APPSC Prep, TGPSC Prep, SSC, RRB, Police Prep and English Grammar bots it also unlocks more subject-wise tests in English (and Telugu on General Studies, APPSC and TGPSC): one subject at a time, 20 or 40 questions, up to 5 per subject in any 24 hours. The 20-question test stays free either way, one test every 24 hours without an active pass (it can be a 20-question subject-wise test), with one free look at their mistakes and one free retry of them a day. Unlike the Settings Pass, it belongs to the person who bought it, not a group, and it expires: buying again while a pass is still active adds that plan’s days on top rather than being wasted. A test already running when a pass expires is allowed to finish; the next one is checked fresh. In a group where the holder is an administrator, the pass also lets them start group mock tests of 20, 40, 60 or 100 questions or on one subject, start them without waiting for people to join, and start them outside the group’s 3 a day and break (such tests don’t count toward them), or take a Solo Test there: the same practice test as in a private chat, in the group, with only their answers scored.

Whoever bought it can refund it themselves with /refundmocktestpass in a private chat with the bot it was bought from, provided it hasn’t been used yet in any of our bots: no 40/60/100-question or subject-wise test started with it (in a private chat or a group), no group test started with it early or outside the group’s daily limit or break, no test beyond the free one in 24 hours, no test saved as a PDF, no second See My Mistakes or Retry Mistakes in 24 hours, and no more days (another purchase, a code, a free trial or a referral) have been added on top of it while it was running; the newest purchase can still be refunded on its own. Once one has, send /feedback to the bot instead and it will be refunded on request; there is no time limit and no reason is required. Refunded Stars are returned to the buyer’s Telegram Stars balance by Telegram, not by us. A pass paid by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet is refunded to the account or card it was paid from, through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days; if the bot cannot start the refund at that moment, it says so and we complete it. Mock Test Pass — referrals

A Mock Test Pass can also be earned without payment: any person can share their own referral link (from /referral in a private chat). When someone who has never used the bot before completes their first practice test through that link, both people receive a 7-day Mock Test Pass on that bot. A person can hold at most 14 referral-earned days at any one time, per bot; a paid purchase is never capped and always adds its own days.

Free pass codes

We may share codes that give a free Mock Test Pass (used with /redeem in a private chat, or through the code’s link) or a free Settings Pass for a group (used by a group admin with /redeem in the group). Each code has its own number of days and may have an end date and a limited number of places on each bot. Each person, or each group, can use a given code once. A pass from a code adds its days on top of any pass already running. Because nothing is paid for it, a pass from a code cannot be refunded, and we may stop a code at any time; passes already given by it keep running. A pass from a code works on the bot it was used on.

Free trials

From time to time a button under group quizzes (📝 Full-Length Mock Test) starts a free trial of the Mock Test Pass. Tapping it opens the bot in a private chat, switches the pass on for that bot, and says until when. A person can take it once each time it is offered on a bot; we decide when it is offered again and for how long, and may stop it at any time. A free trial adds its days on top of any pass already running. Because nothing is paid for it, it cannot be refunded.

6. Intellectual property

The original content, question banks, branding and code belong toLoukya Quiz. Reproduction, redistribution or modification without written permission is not permitted.

7. Disclaimer of liability

Some questions, explanations and facts are generated or assisted by AI. Accuracy is a priority and errors are corrected when reported, but AI-generated content may be incomplete, outdated, or occasionally inaccurate. The service is provided “as is”, and no responsibility is accepted for any loss arising from reliance on automated or AI-generated content. Always verify against official sources for anything that matters to your preparation.

8. Compliance and lawful use

You must comply with applicable law and with Telegram's own Terms of Service. Abuse of the service may result in a permanent ban across all bots.

9. Modification and termination

We may suspend, modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time, for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. Updates to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the bots after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Affiliate and referral links

Some pages on this website and some bot messages (including book recommendation guides, the /books command, and links shown after a /mocktest) contain affiliate or referral links to third-party products, tools or services — currently books on Amazon.in through the Amazon Associates Program, and this list may grow to other programs over time.
