Shipping & Delivery Policy

Nothing is shipped

We sell no physical goods. Everything we offer is digital access inside our Telegram bots, so there is no shipping, no shipping charge and no delivery address.

How a purchase is delivered

• Mock Test Pass: switched on automatically on the bot you bought it on, usually within a minute or two of paying, and in our other bots within about a minute after that. The bot sends you a message confirming it and showing when it ends. It lasts the plan’s 7, 30 or 90 days from then (or that many days more, if you already had one running).
• Settings Pass: switched on for the group the moment a Stars payment goes through, or within a minute or two of a UPI/card payment, and in our other bots added to the group within about a minute after that. Either way the bot posts in the group when it is on, and until when. It lasts the plan’s 1 month or 1 year from then (or that much more, if the group’s pass was still running).

If it doesn’t arrive

If your pass hasn’t switched on within 15 minutes of paying, contact us at support@loukyaquiz.in or send /feedback to the bot, with the payment reference, and it will be switched on or refunded. See also the Refund Policy.
